GDI / EFI INJECTOR CLEANER AND TESTER

This machine allows to clean and check the correct functioning of GDI and EFI injectors.
Thanks to its microcontroller, the machine can simulate real engine operating conditions. In this way, it is possible to appreciate the behaviour of each injector and to detect possible faults in them.

For the cleaning of injectors, it uses ultrasonic cleaning, thus guaranteeing the complete elimination of any residues that may be present in both petrol and diesel injectors. For
EFI systems also includes in-vehicle cleaning mode.

FUNCTIONS:
- Ultrasonic cleaning:
To clean the injectors and completely remove carbon deposits.
- Uniformity / Spray Capacity Test:
To test the uniformity of the injection quantity of each injector, and to monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of the backlight.
- Leak test:
To test the sealing and dripping conditions of the injectors under system pressure.
- Injection volume test:
To test the injection quantity of the injector in 15 seconds of constant injection.
- Automatic test:
To test the injectors using pre-set program conditions.
- On-board cleaning:
On-board cleaning to remove carbon deposits on the vehicle.
